Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are dispatched from our US warehouse.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Free standard shipping on every order. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch — about 4–8 business days from the time you order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@amberdusklighting.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
