Returns & Warranty

If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

  • Returns: Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items should be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is covered by the customer.
  • Damaged or faulty: If your lights arrive damaged or stop working within the warranty period, send us a photo at support@amberdusklighting.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — we cover it, and there's no need to return a faulty unit unless we ask.
  • Warranty: Every AmberDusk light is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
